Beware of going to fix auto. Myself and my husband took our vehicles into fix auto because my insurance recommended them. I had my rouge done first and never had an issue great job done on mine minus a few dirt specs in the paint. My husband's experience has been an udder nightmare. He took his Tacoma with 3000 kms on it in to get his fender headlight and grill fixed. They were replacing everything so they only had to paint the fender and install it all properly or one would think. The first time he got it back the work was shamefull. Headlight was rubbing the hood, the new fender had a dent in it, the was primer showing through the fender on over half of it, there was tape lines, and the door had been blended even tho the truck only had 3000 kms on it so the paint was in no way faded to have to blend it. The door was by far the worst part. They had no clear coat on it at all, the tint is the window was scratched, and his touch handle was not working. We could hear a rattling in the door which we assume was the touch wiring just not hooked back up. The rocker panel under the driver door was sanded down with no paint or clear coat on it, just left sanded. Which again he only had a fender to replace a Headlight and grill. To top it all off there was 5 pieces of sand paper left under the hood of the truck. So obviously it was done rushed and sloppy. When he called in to tell them Johnny was very helpful and told him to come and they would fix it. He brought it back in last week and the person who did the work came out to see what was not done right. When my husband told him he told him that it was fine and just needed to be buffed out. There was barely any clear coat on it to be buffed out to begin with. My husband was reasured that it would come back perfect. He went to pick it up and some stuff is fixed but the door is still a different color and now there are sand and buff marks in the paint on the fender. Why is it so hard to fix a brand new truck it should be cut and dry. He tried to contact fix auto and the manager would not call him back. He had to drive into st. John's and physically go into his office in order to speak to him. Wayne (the manager) then preceded to tell him to calm down and told him that black was a very hard color to get right. So my question is why call yourselves a body and paint shop if you can only do certain colors properly. They took the truck back and said they would try their best to correct their mistakes even though they said they didn't see anything wrong with it. Before going there my husband went to another body shop and they quoted him $2200 to fix what fix auto did. But there way nothing wrong with it as per fix auto. While the truck was into fix auto the insurance company sent an independent adjustor to check out the truck. They told him they needed to paint the fender and door and replace the emblem. That was Monday Sept 18th then my husband got a call Tuesday Sept 19th that the truck was ready to be picked up. So they never touched what the adjustor said to fix. When Wayne called he told my husband that it was fixed as much as they would be doing it and that they were washing their hands of his vehicle. My husband went in to get the truck and they had his keys held out over the counter before he even made it through the door. The truck has not been touched since the second time we got it back. So it was in for a week to get what we can only assume was a carwash. We are beyond frustrated. Our insurance company is now going to handle it and fix the truck somewhere else. I hope that no one else has to go through the trouble we are going through. If you want your vehicle fixed right don't venture into fix auto.

The absolute worst I've ever dealt with in customer service. After nearly 6 weeks of lying to me and my insurance company about availability of parts for my 2017 Nissan Titan Pro4X, they call me up ONLY after my insurance company had a competitor contact me to have the work done the instead. Then they tell me they must have messed up because the parts came in last week and set up an appointment for a week and a half down the road. Finally get the vehicle in there after 7 weeks of waiting and the busted fender is rusted up, then they take 2 weeks to do the work. They call me up this morning telling me that if I don't have the yellow copy of paper from the nissan dealer I'll have to pay 250 bucks to get my vehicle back. Contacted the dealership who offered to provide them with a copy, but fix auto said thr paper had to be yellow. What a joke. Then the manager calls me and asks ME what the problem is, so I unload on him and he tells me to change my tone of voice or he would hang up. He hung up. Zero integrity, incompetent, dishonest a-holes. NEVER AGAIN.

Brought my vehicle to them after an accident. Undercosted the work to avoid having the vehicle written off. Was given back a vehicle that was "not roadworthy" after several months of being in their shop and fighting to have accident related work completed.
