  What is more concerning is that as a small business owner I have been forced to switch to couriers as the number of missing packages that were delivered to this location has become very suspicious. Most of the items that go missing are higher value, insured packages, which Canada post has been very good at resolving, but I cannot help but wonder why they have not looked into the staff at this location as it only seems to happen when it goes through them.

  Had countless parcels show as ready to be picked up from there drop off location only to have them mysteriously disappear when I go to pick it up. When you ask where your parcel is, the staff are rude and unhelpful.

  Rude and very unhelpful staff especially on the canada post side. In this area there is a real problem with not receiving pickup slips. If you go to them and tell them this, even after receive the confirmation that it is at their location, the staff will say that means nothing, it takes quite a bit of pushing for then even to look for it. What's worse is once they find it, they refuse to give it over without the slip. Even if you provide the proper identification that Canada post requires, they makeup some rule that you need the slip and that you need an authorization letter from canada post, but if you call Canada post they tell you that is not necessary or even a thing.

  Great Store, great selection, however the Senior staff can be rather rude. Young men beware.
